Astoria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has proudly been serving the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys for many years, conveniently located within close proximity to major medical centers. We are a 218-bed facility with semi-private rooms. We specialize in providing rehabilitation services on site to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes.
